This 13 session course was designed by contractor executives to expose leaders in construction to the many facets of construction business management. From personal leadership development to the daily intricacies of running a construction company, the intent of this course is to strengthen your skills specific to construction management and leadership.
The 16 sessions are on various Fridays from January 24 - May 23, usually from 8:30 am - 10:30 am in Chattanooga, TN at the Construction Career Center at 2225 Roanoke Ave.
